Based in Manchester, U.K, All Weather Artist is, simply put, the website of Mancunian graffiti artist and graphic designer, ALTO (ALTOne).

ALTO started to make a name in Manchester in 2004 as a graffiti artist, part of the GAMEOVER CREW, who performed live graffiti art around the city at club events and festivals. ALTO launched a series of illustrations called The Weapons Of Mass Creation which featured on fliers, Stickers, T-shirts and street art created around the city and at the Corner House Theatre during the Doodle Bug International Festival. In 2005, ALTO and 30DZ teamed up with long term friend and illustrator, Andrew "2 Hands" Tunney as regular feature artists at his event, Sketch City, based at Dry Bar in the Northern Quarter. The All Weather Artist family were central to the art scene which has since developed in the Northern Quarter of Manchester and beyond. All Weather Artist, ALTO, created graffiti commissions for EA games as part of the Big In The Game UK tour. Alongside 30DZ he also found himself painting for PUBLIC ENEMY at the Ware House project whilst they jammed before their gig later that night.  ALTO was also featured alongside 2 Hands Tunney at the NEW BALANCE "Region" Exhibition with illustrator, Guy Mckinley. Later going on to produce graffiti artwork for the likes of NIKE, Manchester Arena, PRS for Music, DEFRA, Rugby Football Union, The BBC and illustrations presented to MUHAMMED ALI and featuring at the Liverpool City of Culture Event in 2008 + much much more.

As well as graffiti art production, ALTO considers his work to progress Hip Hop as a way of life and has spent many years in the study and documentation of Hip Hop and Graffiti Art. All Weather Artist work to educate and inspire by delivering graffiti art workshops and lectures on graffiti art and Hip Hop culture.  ALTO is testament to his own belief that the study and practice of Graffiti writing, can provide  an identity, a career and a purpose in life - having gone on to work as graphic designer for some of the biggest companies in the World with no formal, academic training or education in art and design.
